Do you want to engage in some high-octane PvP without the risk of losing your valuable items? Simply sign up to our PvP events! With a variety of different styles of event, from team sieges such as the Clicky Kerfuffle, 1v1 duels happening in arenas all over the server, and the more esoteric like sumo fights, we have PvP for everyone. So what are you waiting for? Join the server and get left clicking on your friends in a loss-free event.
Perhaps you're more of an architect. Don't fret, because on The One Ring we host regular building competitions to ensure that you can let your creative flair run wild. Have you ever thought about an Orcish Christmas? The 2020 Christmas build contest participants certainly had to! A building event is one of the best places to let your skills shine.
Neither of those sound like your style? Well, there's more! We host a very wide variety of events, including: marvelous mazes, mind-rending riddles, perilous parkour, rapid races, and so much more! And even better, not all of our events are hosted by the staff team. We're always looking for players who want to host their own events and we wish to give them the best possible platform from which to do that.
Perhaps the most grandiose of all, the seasonal festivals we run! These always consist of a variety of events, both big and small, alongside a new area of the server to explore lovingly constructed by our staff team. These are perhaps the most anticipated events of the year by the players on the server and are truly a sight to behold. So make sure you hop on during our festive periods and check it out!
Remember when we mentioned Player-Events before? Well, we've recently expanded a ton on that aspect! Now, players can contact the Moderator❖ to discuss their event and see to what degree and capacity staff can help them out!
Lacking the funds for kits? Rewards? Do you have an extremely cool idea in mind yet are you unsure how to translate that into TOR? Let staff help you set it up and reward you based on how well the event runs! During the set-up phase we will discuss what is needed and where we can offer help!
Based on the quality of the event and the quantity of show/sign- ups, staff will also be able to provide rewards for the participants ranging from victory and participation pouches, to splendid lesser and major lore items!
That is not all however! The player going out of their way in their attempts to host a player-event (even if you do not desire staff assistance), will obtain a special and unique item immortalizing their event! (This item also comes with a few goodies to make sure you also feel rewarded for your efforts)!
