Today we promoted two new staff members; Cardeh and Penguin_Palace.
Both of these players are a constant positive influence on the server, going out of their way to help others.
Cardeh was promoted to Moderator, and Penguin_Palace was promoted to Helper, a new rank on TOR that has /fly, /kick, and /mute permissions.
