What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences?
Either in real life or online.
I have A Small game dev studio, where we made an fps game with javascript. the game had 6k views.
What do you excel at?
- Programming, in multiple languages(including java, to make minecraft mods and plugins)
- making Youtube Content(sort of) i have a channel with 400 subs. not very big, but growing fast.
- lotr lore. i love lord of the rings, and know all of the lore from the 3rd age, 2nd age, and first age, and some lore from the years of the lamps, years of the trees, and the creation of Arda.
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod?
-i am an expert. i have played this mod for more than a year, and even attempted to make a 100 days video in this mod. i died though...
What is an example of personal growth you have done recently?
- making content. i used to make crappy gameplay videos that were not even edited. then i saw shorts. i started to work on my recording and editing skills, and gradually got better at it.
What is your role in the community, currently?
-I am just a normal player. (one of the galadrim elves.)
The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it?
-i have not had any disagreements with other players(yet)...
Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR; what do you think needs improvement?
-more custom mods, such as player seiges against other players. (i can develop new mods and plugins for the server if you need)
Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team?
-i love lord of the rings, and minecraft. when i saw this mod, i instantly downloaded it. i was looking for good servers to play the mod on. other servers, not alot of people were active on it, or they were offline. i saw this server, with a good player base, and joined it. i play on this server almost every day now. i want to apply to the staff team to help other staff moderate the server, and to develop new plugins/mods for the server as needed.
