Increase Hopper speed, shouldnt be a problem as the hoppers are already limited to 64 per build

It's a good suggestion and I know our own Shadmir would deeply appreciate it. However, we don't think it's absolutely needed as their current speed allows them to stay reliable/functionable just fine, and of course allows you to grab yourself a nice cool beverage in these scorching hot summer days! (Not sure why this message never sent).
